Go Green with the New Range Of Hybrid Cars

Inevitably vintage vehicles are becoming increasingly highly priced as the best and rarest models, however, the green cars and hybrid cars are now a buzz word. A green vehicle or environmentally friendly vehicle is a road motor vehicle that produces less harmful impacts to the environment than comparable conventional internal combustion engine vehicles running on gasoline or diesel. Green vehicles are powered by alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies and include hybrid electric vehicles, battery electric vehicles, compressed-air vehicles, hydrogen and fuel-cell vehicles, flexible-fuel vehicles, natural gas vehicles etc.
A comparison of these hybrid models by the global companies, displaying their greener side, revealed that the eco-friendly car market leader Totota Prius has become the icon of green cars. The car is loaded with Toyota Hybrid System II and it will be launched in three driving modes- power, eco and electric. The Toyota Prius has thus succeeded in pleasing environmentalists by displaying great sense of responsibility towards controlling increasing pollution.
